Over a 3-month period we will be your coach and strategic sparring partner. Through regular check-ins, ‘on-call’ availability and warm intros, we will help you clarify your most important strategic bottle necks with regard to your positioning, go-to-market and potential partnerships. Perfect if you want to execute and iterate fast.
Pricing: starting at 1.500€ (net) / month (depending on stage/funding raised)
Duration: 3 months; limited seats per quarter.
In just 2 × 3hrs workshops (virtual) we will develop with you and your Sales / BizDev team your unique go-to-market playbook for cities based on our proprietary ‘Cities ABC Framework’. We will teach you all our tips + tricks, do’s & don’ts and provide our expert opinion, so that you leave with new clarity on your sales & outreach.
Pricing: 3.000€ (net).
Options: In-person possible upon request and availability. Different pricing applies.
The best support we can provide is helping you win clients. We combine our warm network with cold outreach, to help you hit the necessary numbers. Why do we do this? Because we know the simple truth: if there aren’t any sales, there is no impact.
Pricing: Retainer (depending on stage/funding raised) + Success Fee.
Disclaimer: we need to believe in you and your product and it needs to have some traction!
We review and provide our advice on your existing Fundraising deck with the “eyes of an investor”. If wanted, we can also bring your deck and fundraising materials visually to the next level. Lastly, we can support you in targeting the right types of investors and - if things align - make relevant introductions.
